We are now looking to recruit up to 2 PhD students [Bioinformatics] to work with human gut microbiota at strain resolution! The candidates will be affiliated to the department of clinical microbiology at Umea University, in a highly international setting! Additionally, the candidates will be part of MIMS (the Swedish node of Nordic EMBL partnership for molecular medicine), UCMR (Umeå center for microbial research) and the DDLS (Data driven Life sciences) network (hosted by Scilife) – with several opportunities to collaborate with researchers in Sweden and Europe!
